About the Role
This position will be able to lead a crew, work unsupervised during the day, read blueprints, install equipment, and communicate with the GC on a daily basis.
Requirements
Good communication skills with customers and employees. Willing to help train helpers as needed.
Eagerness to lead and teach others the trade when necessary.
Good driving record and reliable transportation
KY Journeyman license a plus but not required
Duties
Installation, relocation, and of complete HVAC systems. Mostly rooftop units, split systems, exhaust fans, etc.
Installation of exhaust fans, louvers, gas piping, and other HVAC related equipment and ductwork.
Be self-motivated and be able to make decisions that affect the project.
Assist in the fabrication and installation of minor sheet metal work and ducting.
Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, etc.
