About the Role
The HVAC Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial
HVAC project installations. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in
accordance with plans, codes, and quality standards.
Requirements
10+ years of field experience installing ductwork and managing commercial HVAC
projects
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction plans, and code compliance
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple jobs and coordinate with various teams
Good attitude with a willingness to share skills and train others as required
Great organizational skills
Relationship driven individual that is well respected in the trade and works well with
others

Duties
Supervise field crews and manage daily operations of commercial HVAC projects
Serve as the main field point of contact for General Contractors and customers
Conduct regular job site inspections to monitor quality, progress and safety compliance
Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with vendors to job sites
Interpret plans, shop drawings, submittals, and specifications to ensure proper installation
Ensure timely completion of inspections, project punch lists, and closeouts
Mentor field staff and assist with training and onboarding of new employees
Enforce safety standards and maintain clean, organized job sites
Work closely with Project Manager to ensure that all project details are conveyed to field staff, customers, and inspectors to meet project requirements
Ability to adjust to meet schedules and make sure all the projects have what is necessary on a daily basis
