About the Role
The HVAC Service Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial
HVAC system project installations. This role ensures projects are delivered safely on schedule,
and in accordance with plans, codes, and quality standards.
Requirements
7+ years of field experience in the service and installation industry
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction plans, and code compliance
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple jobs and coordinate with various teams
A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Great organizational skills
Relationship driven individual that is well respected in the trade and works well with
others
The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and working in
various conditions and environments

Duties
Supervise service crews and manage daily operations of commercial HVAC projects
Serve as the main on-site point of contact for General Contractors and customers
Conduct regular job site inspections to monitor quality, progress and safety compliance
Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with vendors to job sites
Interpret plans, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation
Ensure timely completion of project punch lists and closeouts
Mentor field staff and assist with training and onboarding of new employees
Enforce safety standards and maintain clean, organized job sites
Work closely with Service Manager to ensure that all project details are conveyed to field staff and inspectors to meet project requirements
Ability to adjust to meet schedules and make sure all projects have what is necessary daily
